Geenie Introduction

Hello Everyone

My name is Geenie. I was introduced to this website while I was checking my emails on MySpace. I was very surprised that this website existed. Initially, I was a little sceptical since I have been duped many times with a lot of Spam Emails. But after perusing it a little, I realised that it was legitimate. I am looking forward to meeting people online and I am very anxious to participate in the public forums! I am very unhappy with what is going on in this country and I keep hoping and praying that change will come very soon. I miss how Trinidad used to be: a fun and safe place for all to live in. My personal credo is "All Things Happen For a Reason!"

First of all, I would like to say thank you for inviting me to join this group. I believe you were the one to email me at MySpace with the invitation! A stroke of Good Luck for me! I hope to meet you online soon. To answer your question, yes I am living in Trinidad. At present, I am a Domestic Engineer (yes, a housewife!) Right now, I am looking for a permanent job. I have no kids as yet! I understand that is the politically correct way of saying it. I am really having a wonderful time perusing the board. But I am a little puzzled. Last night I saw that I was given the title "Peeper?" What does that mean? Well I will continue to read and learn from everyone else. I had to laugh when you said that you saw some people eating rice with their hands! I have to agree with you since I don't think I will ever eat rice with my hands! Too messy for me! Take care!

Thank you for awarding me my first Charm Point! I was so surprised when I was updating my profile to see the Charm Point. You are absolutely right! I am enjoying myself thoroughly. I still feel a bit lost at times but I am sure I will learn how to move around the board as time goes on. There are so many interesting topics and a wide range too! you will only find constructive posting here, and no swearing or pornography is allowed here, so we all benefit from having a clean forum.
You have gone to 'tester' now instead of 'peeper because you have reached the 10 post milestone, it changes the more you post here. That is why it has changed today. You're doing well with your charm, people obviously like what they are reading!
