Hundreds of "delinquent dads" earning six-figure salaries are shirking their child support obligations, refusing to stump up cash to provide for their children.

This reminds me of something a doctor was saying online. He was saying that the desire to have children is "natural" in women, they have this *need* to reproduce. In men's case is "acquired". Hence, it is usually and generally the woman who wants to have more kids and the man refuses. It is "natural" for the woman to be a nurturer (change diapers, feed the baby, etc). The man would do it but is acquired. Hence, when a couple divorces it is sometimes so hard to get the husband to pay child support for his own kids or even get them to visit their children because it was never in their "nature" to want to have kids in the first place.

So really, I am not surprised by this news of rich man not paying based on this "theory".
