Recipe Ingredients Recipe detials: Julie's Stir-Fry

2 Lb. pork chops (4 to 6)

2 Medium onions

2 zucchini

2 carrots

1/4 Lb. mushrooms

10 cherry tomatoes

2 Tbsp. soy sauce

1 Tbsp. prepared mustard

4 Tbsp. cooking oil -- (4 to 8)

1/4 Tsp. salt

1/8 Tsp. pepper

Cut pork into small cubes. In small bowl, combine soy sauce, mustard and meat cubes. Set aside. Half tomatoes and slice other veggies. Cook onions and carrots in 1/2 tablespoon oil. Set aside. Cook zucchini in 1/2 tablespoon oil for 30 seconds, then add mushrooms for 30 seconds. Remove and set aside. Stir-fry meat in 1/2 tablespoon oil for 2 to 3 minutes. Add veggies and tomatoes to meat. Serve over cooked noodles. Ramen noodles are good too.
