1 1/2 pounds kielbasa -- cut in 1/2" pieces 1 large green pepper -- cut in 1" pieces 1 large onion -- cut in 1" pieces 1 cup Uncle Ben's Converted Rice 29 ounces whole peeled plum tomatoes Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in casserole with lid. Bake 1 hour, stir, bake 1 more hour. serve! |
