Jarhead Introduction

I'm a 55 yr. old male born 4 Oct. 1953 in Washington D.C. Moved to Cape Canaveral Florida in 1957 as my Father took part in the inception of the Space Program. I grew up on surf boards and dirt bikes, love the ocean, and love to fly. Didn't care much for school so I dropped out and joined the Marines to go to Vietnam. I made a career of the Marines and finished as the senior enlisted man in my Field heading up the AV-8B Harrier Maintenance and Flight Trainer Programs at 2ond Marine Air Wing, Cherry Point,N.C. It was there that I met my wife and was sealed in the D.C. Temple in 1979. I have two girls, two boys, and 8 grand kids. Joined the Church in 1974 in Beaufort S.C. Spent a total of 4 years living all over Southeast Asia and the Islands across the South Pacific. Finished my career upon my return from Desert Storm. Came home to Florida and worked For Liquid Air Corp. manufacturing Cryogenic Fuels for the Space Shuttle. My wife and I now operate a day care from our home where I now spend too much time on this key board. There is absolutely nothing I love more than my Father in Heaven , my brother Jesus, and their Gospel. I live and breath missionary work every day of my life. I feel you wouldn't really know me if I left out one final thing... our 4 dogs, 3 cats, 3 potty trained house rabbits, and one brave free ranging hampster. I'm very much looking forward at getting to know you all. I like your site format and have rally enjoyed reading your thoughts. It's good to be here...I appreciate your letting me in. Thank you.

If you like LDS Based Games then you may also be interested in playing: Nephi RPG where you can 'Journey to the Promised Land' or Book of Mormon Battles and see if you really know a lot about the Book of Mormon.
