2 cups rice -- cooked 1 cup tomato juice 3/4 cup mayonaise 1 can broken shrimp (May use more) 1 medium onion -- grated 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup green pepper -- chopped Mix all ingredients together well and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
