| 3 | each | carrots, chopped | |
| 3 | each | onions, chopped | |
| 4 | pound | beef, bottom round or rump roast | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | pepper | |
| 1 | each | beef broth, can, condensed | |
Directions: | |||
| Place all ingrediants in order given in slow cooker. Cover. Turn control on Low. Cook 8-10 hours or until meat is done. | |||
