Angina & Exercise
This is why angina is brought on by exercise but will subside when the activity stops and the person rests. Angina will become worse over a period of time and less activity will provoke the pain.

Providing one has the permission of the MD, things like taijiquan, yoga (surya namaskara done in a gentle, low intensity mode) or pilates are great! Dietary change would be needed to provide more nutritious and enzymatic foods for the system!
