| 1 | each | green pepper, minced | |
| 2 | each | tomatoes, peeled, quartered | |
| 15 | oz | tomato sauce | |
| 1 1/2 | cup | water | |
| 2 | teaspoon | chili powder | |
| 2 | teaspoon | worcestershire sauce | |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoon | garlic powder | |
| 3/4 | cup | brown rice | |
| 2 | tablespoon | salsa | |

| Stir all ingredients together. Cover and cook on low 7-10 hours. | |||
