Over twenty swimmers have succumbed to a stomach bug in Vantaa after visiting the Vetokannas beach, the Leppäkorpi open-air pool or the Kuusijärvi lake.The City of Vantaa on Wednesday said that it is investigating the cause of the illness by analysing water samples taken from the swimming sites. Until the samples have been analysed, it recommends that people refrain from using the public swimming sites linked to the outbreak.
