I am all for this, but there is one little caveat that I would like to see installed as well. I think that if the telecom company has a special offer that would save you money on your bill, then they should be required to tell you about it. I dont know how many times I found out about a special deal because my telecom's competitor called me and told me about their new deal and when I called my telecom after talking with the competitor, they would tell me that they had a identical deal. This is great if you are willing to take the time, but it was only after my proding did my carrier tell me about their special deal. How many deals did I miss out on, because I never got a competitors call? The main reason I stayed with the one was the expense of a termination fee...that stops you from hopping from carrier to carrier. However, if they can dump me, then I should be able to dump them with no fees or questions asked or better yet, just tell me about all your special deals!
