Comments: Thank you, so should I take Concerta to control ADHD? I do know some people that take it and Concerta works for them, it enables them to focus better.

No I am not saying to use Concerta. The negatives is that they lose weight and tend to be up at night.
Really, the best is a body cleanse of all toxins and poisons, lots of cardio exercise and quit all processed food especially ridding the body of sugar, but since it may not be something everyone can handle it is likely Concerta may be the next thing. Ask your doctor about it as it is time released and lasts throughout the day.
It is a prescribed drug but its definitely better than many of the other drugs out there that carry a black box warning.
