1 lb Bulk sausage 1 lg Bunch green onions, finely Chopped 1 md Green bell pepper, chopped 1 c Hash brown potatoes, thawed 4 Eggs 1/4 c Water 2 Jalapeno peppers, chopped 1/4 c Parmesan cheese Tortillas 1/4 ts Red pepper Beat the eggs and water together. Brown sausage, onion and bell pepper; drain. Add eggs and hash browns; stir 1 to 2 minutes or until potatoes are hot. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and eggs are cooked. Place on a warm tortilla with lettuce, picante sauce and Cheddar cheese. Roll up. Randy Rigg |
