Hot Wings
Chicken wings -- they're an American favorite, especially on Super Bowl Sunday. And at one Chicago restaurant, chicken wing-lovers can sample the spiciest wings on the planet. The wings are so hot, waiters stand nearby with glasses of milk at the ready. Why are so many customers eager to put their taste buds to the ultimate test?

I love chicken wings, but I think that if they were so hot that waiters had to be on stand by with milk, I'm reckoning that wouldn't be a pleasant experience for me.
I do know though that some people would love this as they are very competitive as to who can sustain eating the 'hottest' meal!
I would be interested in trying one of those real hot wings. But I would slap the mil out of their hands. Hello the hotness is not cooled with liquid. It is a oil and plain bread or a cracker or two will absorb the oil better and quicker. Give me wings and crackers and I will go to town.
Got to thinking this one over on the hot spice and what cuts it. Here is my theory is really is sugar that breaks the heat. Milk and crackers are full of simple sugars. I now if I over do my curry coconut milt is what I use to tame it. chili I use honey or some crackers crushed into to it.
Just a thought.
