Us Ambassador Shocks Audience By Using The F Word

Of course he was quoting someone but is he going to be charged for doing it? In my opinion, it was totally unnecessary and he should know better.

QUOTE
United States Ambassador Dr Roy Austin stunned his audience yesterday by using an expletive and making references to marijuana use by juveniles during a presentation to the American Chamber of Commerce at its monthly meeting.

Austin, the feature speaker at the AmCham meeting at the Marriott Hotel, Invader's Bay, was asked to present his views on "What Works?-Crime and Delinquency".

Austin spoke about a juvenile delinquency deterrent programme, which took delinquent children inside prisons where inmates "tried to impress upon the youths that they really did not want to end up in prison".

Quoting from a cable TV documentary based on the programme called Scared Straight Austin said one of the inmates told the kids: "'Look at me well, I thought I was bad' and excuse the language, but this is the kind of language they used to these kids to make an impression on them, 'Well how m****r f*****g bad could I have been?'"

Members of the audience looked shocked when he made the statement.
