1 t Red pepper flakes

4 t Salt

4 t Peppercorns

3 t Dry mustard

1 T Paprika

1 t All-spice


-MAIN INGREDIENTS
- 2 1/2 lb Beef steak 3/4 " thick

12 c Flat noodles

1 T Vegetable oil

8 c Beef stock

4 c Onions chopped

32 oz Sour cream

-OR- 32 oz Plain yogurt
