Is Running in Wisconsin popular? What Wisconsin Tracks are available that Runners can use to practice Running? Is the sport developed or unknown? Even if it is not done locally, who are the most well known Wisconsin Runners?
Does Wisconsin have any well known marathons or races?

Running Wisconsin
When I was there we would go running a lot. We would run to a local lake and run on the beach when it was not too crowded. IF it was a hot day we would wait til later in the evening and then go run in the sand pits where they practiced driving tanks. One could enjoy a nice run in loose sand to help develop muscles in the legs. I know I always see others at the local high school and college tracks jogging.
