4 Slices bread* 2 tb Parmesan cheese 1/4 ts Oregano 1/4 ts Celery salt 1/4 ts Garlic salt 2 tb Salad oil Slice bread (homemade) into 3/8 in. cubes and place in a bowl. Add seasonings and oil. Toss well to mix. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 300 * until crisp. Cool. Store in a glass jar. From Tightwad Gazette, Ellen Marston.
