1 Cup of sugar

Mix and bake at 350F until golden and bubbly.
I've never tried it, but it sounds really really sweet!! And what's that line from the movie? "I serve it with ice cream to cut the sweetness."

Chocolate Mint Ravioli Cookies
for the filling:
½ cup hot fudge sauce
½ teaspoon mint extract
for the cookies:
2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 squares (2 ounces) smisweet chocolate, melted
1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
Special aids:
pizza cutter or pastry wheel and a rolling pin
Preparing the filling:
In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat hot fudge sauce on LOW until smooth and softened, about 20 seconds. Stir in mint extract; set aside.
Making the cookies:
In a medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; set aside.
In a large bowl, using an electric mixer set on high, beat butter and sugar until creamy, about 1 minute. Beat in egg and vanilla until combined; beat in melted chocolate. Add flour mixture; beat on low speed until a stiff dough forms, about 2 minutes. Divide dough forms in half; form each half into a 1-inch-thick disk. Wrap in plastic wrap. Chill until firm, about 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 2 baking sheets. Using a floured rolling pin, roll dough to a 1/8-inch thickness. Using a pizza cutter, cut dough into 2-inch squares. Reroll scraps and cut into additional squares.
Spoon ½ teaspoon fudge sauce into center of each square. Top with remaining squares. Using a fork, gently press edges of squares together to seal.
Using a spatula, transfer the filled ravioli cookies to the prepared baking sheets. Bake cookies until firm, about 10 minutes. Place wire racks over sheet of waxed paper; transfer cookies to wire racks to cool completely. Dust cookies with confectioners' sugar.
This makes about 3 ½ dozen cookies. :) These cookies here, taste completely yummy :D

Homemade Animal Crackers
Ingredients:
½ cup oatmeal
2 tsp. honey
¼ to 1/8 tsp. salt
¾ cup flour
¼ tsp. baking soda
¼ cup butter
4 Tbsp. buttermilk
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grind oatmeal in blender until it becomes a fine
powder. Place in a large mixing bowl and add honey, salt, flour and soda and
stir. Cut in butter. Add buttermilk and stir until a well-mixed dough ball
forms. Roll dough out thinly on floured board. Cut with animal cookie cutters
and bake until light brown, 10-12 minutes.
Far removed from the above statement that is not posible at any time except in the minds of the people with a sweet tooth sugar is of course bad for the human body we all know this and being weak humans we indulge in this past time of eating sweets and for this what do we get -------FAT---------SCREWED UP BLOOD--------ROTTING TEETH-------and what ever else sugar can do it puts us in the care of a doctor who has our best health in hand and he gives us sound advice on how to avoid theses medical messups and we as weak humans go right out and basicly tell the doctor to take his advice and shove it big time and we go and indulge in the sweets that are bad for us we need to be strong and put aside our weakness for sugar SOMEHOW I DONT THINK THATS GOING TO HAPPEN REAL SOON BECAUSE WE AS HUMANS ARE WEAK
A wonderful tip for those with a never ending sweet tooth GET AWAY FROM MAN MADE SUGAR make yourself happy with natural sugar which mother nature gives to you in moderation and it has no ill effect on your body learn to bring the natural sugar to the forfront by---------eating more honney,roasting corn [husks on],roasting peppers[sweet ones] ,switch to texas 1051 sweet onions all this and more is right in front of you all you have to do is get off your lazy butt and make the effort to find ways to get and enjoy natural sugar and in closeing if ya want to go all out try sinking your teeth into (ONTARIO SWEET CORN,PEACHES&CREAM) im telling you there is no finer corn mother natures natural sugar just drips out no matter how you cook it
Fruit 'n Bridge Mix
For the Honey-roasted Nuts:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons honey
3 /4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 can (12 ounces) mixed nuts
For the Bridge Mix:
1 cup dried apricots
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
honey-roasted nuts
Making the honey nuts:
In a small bowl, melt the butter in the microwave oven on HIGH for about 45 seconds.
Add the honey and cinnamon to the melted butter. Mix well.
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine mixed nuts and honey mixutre; toss to coat.
Spread nut mixture on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake, turning once with a metal spatula, for 10-15 minutes. Let cool on baking sheet.
For the Bridge Mix:
Lightly oil a pair of kitchen shears. Snip dried apricots into pieces.
In a large bowl, toss the apricots, cranberries, chocolate morsels and honey-roasted nuts. Transfer to serving dish.
Makes about 4 cups.
