Citizen Introduction

Greetings everyone. I am a teacher at a secondary school in Trinidad and would love to meet interesting people to chat with. I am particularly interested in topics of education, relationships and general societal issues. I am also interested in psychology and small business development. I am down to earth and open minded. My hobbies include dancing, drumming and swimming. I love the outdoors but don't utilize it enough. I am a big chunk of work in progress and loving every moment of it.

Well Hi there folks. Thanks for your warm welcome. I am still learning to navigate my way through this site, but it seems pretty intriguing thus far. I must apologise for my upper case script; I did not realise it meant shouting , so thanks for the tip LDS_forever. I will check the thread on slow learners after this. I appreciate all the help I can get. So whyLDS_forever? What does it mean? Do you care to share your occupation ? Where around the world are you from?

Hi again. LDS is my religion (Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints). I'm from Argentina, I am a teacher and I am living here in Trinidad. At the moment I am a stay home mom and loving it.

Oh that is great news. I am happy for anyone who is happy with the life they are living, whether they chose it or not. After I posted the reply, I noticed the flag, so I checked my flag chart and saw Argentina. Which brings me to my next questions, and stop me anytime I am prying too much...Why Trinidad? and How long have you been living in Sweet T&T and finally What do you teach? I myself am a music teacher and I love my job too...

I tried checking for the threat on slow learners, but it seems I have not got the hang of this yet. Do I type "slow learners" in the search area? I will try it again....Thanks again for your concern....

When you reply to a thread you are supposed to receive notification through e-mail when someone replies, did you get them? or probably erase them by mistake?

Hi Citizen, I am a Nanny, for special needs children, and I live in England. At present I only work part time, which suits my family well.
I am married with a 17 year old Son, a 5 year old daughter, and a 4 year old Son.
It sounds like you are very happy with your job, it must be great when you can see something visible happening with your work. It took me a while to get used to things here at first too, soon you'll be a 'dab' hand at it, I'm sure!
