Bosses Prison

These 'Prison Bosses' will always have an edge if they have contact with the outside. The problem is that the security personnel of prisons often carry the burden of worrying over their regular personal lives outside of prison walls. Prison Bosses knowing this may contact their 'friends' to make life difficult for the guards. If you can kill the contact then you kill the threat unless the threat is from within. Of course, this is very easy to write, very difficult to implement unless your prison system is hard line.
