Remembrance Day
Each November 11, Canadians honour thousands of men and women who died in war and peacekeeping missions.

Be assured, there is nothing happy about it. It is a solemn occasion when our country remembers the men and women who left and continue to leave, the comfort of their homes and the love of their families to die on foreign soil in the hope of preserving what we value.
