PARSLEY GARNISH CUT AN X IN TOP OF EACH TOMATO. TUCK SMOKED OYSTER INTO EACH. PRESS CLOSED AND/OR SECURE WITH TOOTHPICK. NINE TOMATOES EQUAL ONE SERVING.
