Wow if she lost control in public like this with a tot, I cannot imagine what she is capable of doing at home! This is sick and I'm glad to hear the kiddo is fine.

That is cruel and unusual punishment, she needs to be jailed because her actions are not appropriate to a kiddo. The kid could have depression and or haunting dreams for the rest of his life because of the abuse he got from and it could have bad side effects in the future. These side effects could damage his confidence and make him anti-social.

People like that don't need to breed. Where was the mother of this child in this whole scenario? Or is it again a case of a grandmother taking care of their grandchild without parents involvement?
