Mix and press into bottom -and sides of 10-inch -springform Pan. CAKE 2 Envelopes KNOX GELATIN

3/4 c SUGAR

6 oz PINEAPPLE JUICE

4 EGGS, separated

24 oz CREAM CHEESE, unwrapped and

-softened in Microwave 1-1/2 minutes 1/3 c RUM

1/2 ts COCONUT EXTRACT

1 pt WHIPPING CREAM

** CRUST
