This is so true. My wife and I are looking into buying a house because the market is absolutely phenomenal for buyers! You can have your choice of houses and name your price on many of them that have been sitting a while. We are trying to get to the point we can finance one by the end of the year as to avoid coming high interest rates. Amazingly, our credit is much better than I thought it was and don't have far to move up to get prime rate. Its really a great time to be a buyer by all standards. Low interest rates, lower prices, means lower payments.
