Corporate Manslaughter

At some point or the other a human may die at the workplace due to a lack of good safety standards on the part of the company for whom the worker is employed. Do you think the owners of such companies should be charged with Corporate Manslaughter?

Manslaughter Corporate

If it can be proven that the owners are responsible for deliberate negligence of safety standards, yes. Sometimes, true accidents happen that are not the fault of anyone. Don't get me wrong, I'm not defending the bad guys! But not every death is a result of wrong doing or negligence.
