Doctors at the Mayo Clinic have never seen a case like this next one. The body of a young Salt Lake man is literally drying up from the inside out, and they don't know how to stop it!

The world is pretty much advanced in medicine and they cannot tell what is wrong with this man? His body is literally shutting down and he is taking medications in order to be with his family for Christmas. He fought cancer twice and he is only 23 years old.

This really is tragic, especially as this young man has suffered so badly with cancer twice in the past.
I really admire his courage and calmness even when faced with death,and
I really hope that the medical experts can find out what is wrong before it becomes too late.

When you are terminally ill what matters in life changes drastically depending on what kind of life you lived - you know - the way you treated those around you and whether they will be there for you when you need them. In this case I can well imagine that only his family and friends are a comfort to him. Doctors and modern medicine must seem like a frustration.

Actually, he passed away a couple of months ago but he was not frustrated at all. He seemed so happy to know he would return "home" as he called it. He did not seem bitter or angry or frustrated about anything and anybody. Very peaceful guy.
