Hurricane Season - Page 2

Yes the poor people of these countries are hardly ever prepared for a hurricane or other strong tropical storm to ravish their area. The governments of these countries do not seem to want to help make the people more protected either. I do hope that this hurricane season has opened some eyes at the government level.
