FATHER, RELATIVE CHARGED IN 10-YEAR-OLD'S SCALDING DEATH
A 10-year-old disabled girl severely burned by scalding bath water died after going more than a week without medical treatment, authorities said Tuesday. Her father and a female relative were charged in her death.

Man people like this guy need a hot knife slide under his toe nail just before ripping them off and skinning him alive.
No matter how many times I read about a child getting scalded I will never understand it. I just question how much dope or alcohol the guy had prior the bath time.
I say bring back caning!
