Living Or Dying?

Are we living or in fact dying? What are your thoughts? Explain.

Dying Living

This could be seen as a optimist or pessimist type question. But I think who ever asked the question perhaps just needs to study the life cycle a bit and the answer then is clear.

We are doing both at the same time as one can not exist with out the other. We live only to die, thus we are living our lives acting and doing things but as we are living our lives our body is continuously dieing.
