Is there a dish called, "Mazetti"? How is it made?

The name of the dish is called Johnny Marzetti. It's basically a casserole dish with ground beef (or turkey or whatever other meat), onions, celery, green peppers, two different cheeses served over egg noodles. There are other variations out there but this is the one I know.
