I have brought up this Topic not only based on the people who lost their lives at Virginia Tech (there is a Thread about that already), but more especially because of the executive order the Governor of Virgina instituted wherein ANYONE seeking mental health should be entered into a database that the police will keep. Also, this database will let gun sellers know not to sell these people with mental issues any automatic weapons. Possibly this can go further where they cannot buy guys at all? What do you think about that?

If you are a bit depressed or need counseling because of martial problems are you a candidate for gun control databases?
