Recipe Ingredients Recipe detials: BAVARIAN DINNER

Ingredients
2eachsauerkraut, bavarian style, undrained, 27 oz cans
2poundsausage, polish kielbasa, pre-cooked, cut into 3 inch pieces
1eachonion, thinly sliced, seperated into rings
1teaspoonchicken bouillon, instant
2teaspooncelery seed

Directions:

In bottom of slow cooking pot, layer 1 can sauerkraut, 1 lb sausage pieces, half the onion slices, 1/2 ts boulllon and 1/4 ts celery seed. Repeat layers.

Cover and cook at Low for 7-9 hours or High for 3-4 hours. Serve with boiled potatoes and apple raisin salad.
