Ingredients
2eachcornish game hens
1pkpecan rice
1 1/2cupwater
1salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Place rice and water in crock pot; stir well. Place Cornish hens on top of rice; add salt and pepper. Cook over low setting 6 hours.
