Comments: Wait, you're saying they solved the Madeleine McCann case? I was wondering what the people there think about a couple of Brits causing this drama in their country.
No.
I know they didn't solve it. Many crimes aren't solved. We just have to demand and expect they do anything possible. It is unrealistic to expect that 100% of the cases are solved, and the pressure that expectation had in this case was confusing rather than the opposite.
To resume things to black and white, for a success criteria is wrong and dangerous, that would favor choose a guily person to cover failure.
Is that better justice?
I don't know the case in detail, I remember it was a great issue here. Portuguese are sensitive people and were sad for what's happened, but I think no one understood how so many pressure would help to find the truth.

I followed this case from day one and suspected the parents (still do). Despite all the criticism the Portuguese police got, I think they handled the case in a professional way, of course there were errors along the way. Too bad they were not able to solve it.
