What are your thoughts about this delicious dish?

Recipe Ingredients Recipe details:

3 Large potatoes sliced

1 Large onion sliced

1 lb Hamburger

3 T Uncooked rice

1 c Tomatoes

layer the ingredients in order given. Sprinkle with salt & pepper and 1 t sugar , Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours in 350 oven.
