| 1/2 | pound | pork, lean, ground | |
| 2 | cup | bread, crumbs, soft | |
| 1/4 | cup | onion, minced | |
| 1 | cup | milk | |
| 1 | each | egg, beaten | |
| 2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | pepper | |
| 1 | nutmeg, cloves, or cinnamon, dash | ||
| 1/2 | teaspoon | chili powder, optional | |
Directions: | |||
| Mix all together. Pack lightly in crockpot with rounded top. Cook on Low 8-9 hours. | |||
