Comments: I've been losing 1 kg a week, for 8 weeks, that's been 4 years ago and I keep them all off on one of Banta's maintenance plan or their suggestion regarding what's called intermittent fasting. The dieting was a piece of cake, never hungry and my mood swings are gone.
