What are your thoughts about this classic dish?

Recipe Ingredients Recipe detials:

2 c Tart apples; sliced

1 Stick butter; melted

1 c Sugar

1 Egg

1 c All-purpose flour

1/2 c Walnuts

Cinnamon; to taste Nutmeg; to taste

of the other ingredients. Pour batter over the apples. Bake 45 min. at 350 deg.
