I'm surprised you did not mention "Dulce de leche" Which seems to be in everything desert wise. Dulce de leche is a caramel flavored creme almost in the consistency of peanut butter and is added to anything sweet you can think of: ice cream, cookies, cakes, biscuits, etc.
