English hospitals see at least 13 admissions a day for stabbings, new NHS figures suggest.

Sadly this seems to be the latest weapon out on the street. Fortunately though it's highlighted more than it actually occurs, due to it having replaced gun related crimes.
Despite the fact that their are quite a few knife related killings/injuries, in reality, the percentage is low compared to the population rate of the country.
