Can you be fired for gossiping about your boss? Four employees of a New Hampshire town say they were, raising questions about fairness, free speech and a staple of life in the American workplace.

It is ridiculous really. Most people should be fired then because most of them gossip about their boss. In this case, the man is married and that's what he is most concerned about, the thing is there are so many legal options that he could have used instead of firing so many employees. It seems like a vendetta than anything else.
