| 1 | pound | butter, or margarine | |
| 1 | powdered sugar | ||
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 2 | teaspoon | vanilla | |
| 4 1/2 | cup | flour | |
| 12 | oz | semisweet chocolate pieces | |
Directions: | |||
| Cream butter and 2 cups powdered sugar. Add salt, vanilla and flour. Mix to blend. Stir in chocolate pieces. Pinch off pieces of dough. Roll into 1-inch balls and flatten with fork on baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while hot. | |||
