1 1/2 lb Boneless round steak -- trim, Cut 4 pcs 1 tb Flour 1 c Onion -- chop 1/2 ts Salt 1/8 ts Garlic salt 1/8 ts Pepper 1/4 c Ketchup 1/2 c Carbonated cola drink Dredge meat with flour and put in crock pot with other ingredients.
