I have always known this and plan to be weight training to my death so that I die standing rather than sickly on a bed with all kinds of ailments. When I lift weights it is like I am young again, and yes I have done all the others - swim, run, and so forth, but lifting provides a whole different feeling. If you have not started find a gym, a good trainer and start!
