| 2 | cup | tomatoes, peeled, chopped | |
| 2 | tablespoon | cilantro, minced | |
| 2 | tablespoon | onion, red, minced | |
| 1 | teaspoon | chilies, hot, minced | |
| 1 | honey or alternative | ||
| 1 | chili powder | ||
| 1 | salt | ||
| 1 | wine vinegar or lemon juice | ||
Directions: | |||
| Combine tomatoes, cilantro, onion and hot pepper. Season to taste with sweetener, chili powder, salt, and wine vinegar. Yields 2 1/2 cups. | |||
