2 ts Cornstarch 2 tb Water 1/2 c Sour cream 1/8 ts Dill Salt to taste Contributed to the echo by: Merrilyn Vaughan Originally from: "Microwave: Super Suppers in 30 Minutes", a Globe mini-guide SOUR CREAM SAUCE Mix cornstarch and water till no lumps and very smooth [a roux!]. Stir in rest. Cook on Medium-high for one minute or till warm and thick. Stir often to keep everything in suspension. |
