Two toddlers who wandered away from home while their teenage baby sitter slept
accidentally drowned in a nearby pond in northwestern Pennsylvania, officials

If what the girl said is true, this is just a horrible tragedy nevertheless there were ways this could have been avoided by locking the doors, etc. This is such a terrible and sad situation for all parties involved.

What a horrible thing to have happen! I hope this girl is telling the truth, although even as an accident I can't imagine losing a child this way. My heart goes out to all involved.
