| 2 | cup | yogurt, frozen, vanilla, fat free | |
| 1/2 | cup | milk, skim, fat free | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | mint, extract, optional | |
| 4 | each | oreo, cookies, coarsely broken | |
Directions: | |||
| Place yogurt, milk and mint extract in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add oreos and blend for 5 seconds. Yields about 2/3 cup per serving. 4 Servings - 3 Points Per Serving | |||
